Detailed Itineraries
Who is this for?
Ideal for independent travelers who want help identifying unique destinations and activities that take research to uncover, expert curation of trip details that are aligned with the group’s needs, and logistics coordinated.
What do you get?
Complimentary 30-minute intro meeting.
Interviews with our Travel Coach for each traveler (including children ages 5+ with adult permission) to discuss ideas, preferences, and expectations for the trip.
Concept itinerary for initial group review and feedback; including lodging options and activities for each destination and day.
Final detailed itinerary with logistics for getting from place to place, recommended timing, accommodations, activities, and restaurants. Travel group can provide an additional round of feedback for final revisions.
Reservations for hotels, activities, and restaurants.*
Connection to the Tern travel app for engagement with the itinerary during the planning process and use during the trip.
Pre-trip meeting to review the itinerary and ensure all travelers are prepared to have a fantastic journey.
Pre-trip planning document with checklist of things to prepare for the trip, links to useful videos or blogs, and guide on destination culture and customs (or link to existing guide).
*Flight reservations are the responsibility of travelers. Vacation rentals through Airbnb must be booked by a member of the travel party per Airbnb policy.
What does it cost?
Solo Travelers - $100 + $60 per day, add $100 per destination* over one
Couples and Families** - $275 + $60 per day, add $100 per destination* over one
Groups of 3+ People - $500 + $60 per day, add $100 per person over the first 3, add $100 per destination* over one
*Destination refers to any place that requires a new accommodation.
**Families refers to nuclear families of one or two adults, plus children 18 or under. Multi-generational families would be considered a group with the count of the number of adults.
Pre-Planned Itineraries
Who is this for?
Ideal for travelers who want a detailed itinerary for one of our select destinations, want to make reservations themselves, and do not want help coordinating with their travel group.
What do you get?
Select from one of our pre-planned itineraries. Destinations, number of days, recommended activities, accommodations, and restaurants are all included in the itinerary, as well as logistical notes about getting from place to place. Travelers will need to book all flights, accommodations, and activities themselves. Links to sites for booking reservations are included in the itinerary.
What does it cost?
Prices vary by the length and detail of the trip.
Travel Consultation
Who is this for?
Ideal for travelers who do most of their own planning, but are feeling overwhelmed or have decision fatigue, have a trip component to solve (e.g. “Best day trip options from Paris?”), or maybe want fresh ideas for new places off the beaten path.
What do you get?
One-hour web consultation with follow-up materials tailored to your specific need. Additional consultation time available upon request and depending on needs of the client.
What does it cost?
Consultation services start at $150, plus $50 per additional hour. This includes a one-hour meeting with the Travel Planner and also their time developing materials to answer your question(s). Based on the needs you share with us in the form linked with the “Contact Us” button below, we will provide a quote for the level of service needed.
Level Up Your Business Trip
Who is this for?
Business travelers who want to make the most of the destination they are visiting with restaurant and activity recommendations. Also for business travelers who want to tack on leisure travel before or after their business obligations, also called “bleisure” travel: business + leisure.
What do you get?
Restaurant recommendations tailored to your preferences, time available, and budget.
Restaurant reservations, if desired.
Activity recommendations based on preference and available free time.
Customized airport tips for long layovers.
For “bleisure” travel, add on accommodation and detailed itinerary assistance for leisure days.
What does it cost?
Standard business trip, up to five days - $75 per trip
“Bleisure” trips - $75 + $60 per day of leisure travel + $50 per person if additional travelers
